2009 Chardonnay

Our 2009 Chardonnay comes from the Vinelands Vineyard in Palisade, CO. The fruit was fermented in French Oak barrels and then aged in stainless steel tank. The wine did not proceed through malolactic fermentation. This winemaking technique produces a crisp white wine with a soft oak aroma and mouthfeel which does not overpower the fruit. The wine is unfined. 13.6% ABV. 38 Cases.
