2008 Syrah

Our 2008 Syrah was fermented in Stainless Steel and then aged in French Oak. Fermentation in Stainless Steel ensures purity of flavor and aroma in addition to protecting the wine during extended maceration. The wine is unfined and unfiltered. 13.6% ABV. 48.5 Cases.
