2008 Cabernet Sauvignon (Mesa)

In 2008 we produced Cabernet Sauvignon from two different vineyards. This vineyard was located on the Mesa overlooking Palisade, CO. The fruit was fermented in Stainless Steel and aged in French Oak. A subtle, restrained, and elegant Cabernet Sauvignon which rewards the attentive taster. We expect this wine to cellar beautifully. The wine is unfined and unfiltered. 13.7% ABV. 55.6 Cases.
