| The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon was purchased from a select vineyard in the Grand Valley AVA on the mesa in Palisade. The fruit was fermented with an Italian yeast strain, went through malolactic fermentation, extended maceration, and aged in 3-year aged French Oak barrels (Allier Forest). |
